

You are invited to attend a Boxing Aerobics Class at Zona Fit Gym & Protein Bar (Av. 3n #8n-27, Barrio Centenario, Cali). The class begins at 12:00 PM (noon) and will last approximately 45 minutes. The goal and objectives of this class are to teach individuals basic boxing techniques as well as improve their cardiovascular health.
Key aspects of a boxing aerobics class include the following: 1) warm-up and stretching, 2) footwork drills, 3) instruction on basic punches & combinations, 4) shadow boxing, and a 4) high-intensity, boxing cardio circuit that improves heart/lung health, endurance, and muscle tone.
The instructor for this Boxing Aerobics Class is Jeremy Preston, former American Boxer & MMA Fighter. Jeremy has over a decade of boxing training and experience in the ring. His classes are high intensity workouts, but a lot of fun.
