Healing and Centering Powerful Work

I have taken KK’s classes and I’ve also been in training sessions with KK which have included visualizations that have had a profoundly calming effect on me. Great Classes

KK’s classes are great!! I enjoy the breathing. Has helped me in many ways through difficult situations and to sleep!! The Tai Chi is such a smooth gentle exercise but very effective on many levels. The meditation really helps me to connect with my inner self and to relax. Recommend these classes to everyone especially those of us facing the challenges of aging!!

I have found KK’s instruction – breathwork, tai chi, visualization – to be extremely helpful. This “trio”is one that I can carry with me and has calmed me during some very difficult situations. This work helps to balance the nervous system by calming the mind and lowering one’s blood pressure. KK modifies her work according to your needs and manages to stay upbeat and patient. This is important work which has been proven to help in the healing process. I feel fortunate to have this opportunity!

I met kk last autumn and quickly signed up for her class. She is a true beam of sunshine on a cloudy day. Her approach of using mindful breathing and mindful moving as well as beautiful, guided meditation, touches and calms my mind/body/spirit. And I feel more grounded. In my journey through the wreckage left in chemo’s wake, I am frequently dealing with pain and anxiety. Having KK’s supportive presence in my life through her classes has helped me cope in many ways.

Taking KK’s TaiChi Fit class was wonderful! She has balanced this class in sitting, standing and laying down (if you choose). I was able to achieve the stretching, movement, flow, and relaxation my body needed; and her guided visualizations are the best! I would highly recommend any class she teaches!

Kaen (KK) Taylor has been my instructor/guide and teacher of Breath-fit, Tai-Chi, and mindful meditation for several years. She has a gift! She inspires and motivates me to be my best self. Her teachings have transformed my life and given me the tools to face any challenge that life throws my way. Her classes flow from one modality to the next with ease and joy. I immediately feel calm, focused, and present as soon as that first breath in class. Thanks to KK and her teachings, I can reframe any situation with breath and gratitude. I look forward to every class with her, I always feel better physically, mentally, and spiritually after every session. Her guided meditations are the best therapy out there! I literally can forget about and not feel my physical pain when breathing and focusing during her class. Just a wonderful, wonderful practice and a special human being!

Everyone should take kk’s classes

Sometimes, the noise in your head can get overwhelming. That’s when you need kk. Her breathing techniques help me in stressful situations – calming my mind and getting me centered. I had oral surgery recently, which is so over-the-top stressful, but I breathed through it. My blood pressure was LOWER after the surgery. So, do yourself a favor and work with kk. Your life will be infinitely better.
