My name is Sabrina. I was born in Napoli in 1971 and lived abroad from 1990 to 2000 (France, the Principality of Monaco, England, Finland, Mexico, Greece, Germany, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Hong Kong, and the USA), working as a soloist ballet dancer in some of the main European ballet companies and theaters. After my career ended due to a bad accident, I had to train my body again and became a wellness coach to breathe better and make my body function again; a Reiki master; a postural movement instructor; and a breathwork coach. Over the years, I have found my non-invasive, integrated system to support other women like me, who are passionate about prevention and well-being.
