Robby Cale is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, transformational life coach, and creative communicator who helps people learn how to “human” a little better, especially when life feels messy, overwhelming, or emotionally confusing.
Through his work, he helps people build healthier emotional coping skills, improve self-esteem, and strengthen interpersonal skills so they can create more grounded, connected relationships with themselves and others. In addition to his clinical therapy background, he is a Master Practitioner of NLP, Hypnotherapy, NLP Coaching, and Time Line Therapy®, and also a Reiki practitioner. Raised by a family of yogis, he grew up with a deep respect for inner work, meditation, and spiritual practice, and he describes meditation as a form of laser-focused prayer.
What makes his approach especially unique is the way he blends clinical insight with warmth, humor, and artistry. He has been performing in community theater since high school, has trained in improv and stand-up comedy, and has written an extensive body of spoken word poetry over the past several years, elements he now brings into the podcast to make healing conversations more human, accessible, and alive.
On the podcast, listeners can expect thoughtful guidance, practical tools, heartfelt reflections, and creative expression designed to help them navigate emotions, relationships, and everyday challenges with more clarity, self-compassion, and courage.
