We Do Not Have a Lot of Time to Do What God Wants Us to Do
Time is one of the most valuable gifts God has given us. Yet, it is also one of the things we often take for granted. We assume there will always be another opportunity, another season, another chance to step into what God has called us to do.
But the truth is — we do not have unlimited time.
God places purpose inside each of us for a reason. There are people assigned to our voice, our testimony, and our obedience. When we delay, we are not only postponing our growth — we may also be delaying someone else’s breakthrough.
Fear, doubt, comfort, and distractions often try to convince us to wait. We tell ourselves we will start tomorrow, when things are more stable, when we feel more prepared, or when the timing feels right. However, God’s timing is often now.
We are not called to perfection; we are called to obedience.
Every day is an opportunity to:
Encourage someone
Share your testimony
Walk in your calling
Use your gifts for God’s glory
Step forward in faithWe do not know how much time we have, but we do know that God has given us today. The question becomes: What will we do with it?
Let us stop postponing what God has placed in our hearts. Let us move with intention, purpose, and urgency. Someone is waiting on what God has placed inside of you.
Now is the time to act. Now is the time to serve. Now is the time to obey.
