If You Worry, Don’t Pray — If You Pray, Don’t Worry

Worry and prayer cannot occupy the same space for long.
One is rooted in fear, and the other is rooted in faith.

When we worry, we are trying to carry what was never meant for us to hold.
We replay situations, imagine outcomes, and exhaust ourselves trying to control what only God can handle.

      But prayer changes everything.

Prayer is the moment we release our burdens and place them into God’s hands.
It is an act of surrender that says, “God, I trust You more than I trust my fears.”

If we pray and then continue to worry, we pick back up what we already gave to Him.
Faith requires us to leave it there.

This doesn’t mean challenges disappear instantly, but it means our posture changes.
We move from panic to peace.
      From anxiety to assurance.
      From fear to faith.

When you truly pray, you trust that God is already working.
You rest in His timing, His wisdom, and His plan.

      So today, make a choice:
      If you worry, don’t pray.
But if you pray — don’t worry.

Let prayer replace fear, and let faith carry you forward.
