Susan is an Oakland, California-born Bay Area girl, certified personal trainer, sports performance coach and nutritionist. She has had the honor to work as a trainer at a top university, coach classes at a boxing gym and teach boxing and high intensity interval training classes at large tech companies as part of their corporate wellness programs.
She has experience working with people of all fitness levels, from youth to the young-at-heart, athletes to fitness first-timers, post-natal and those recovering from injuries.
