Hey, I’m Shelby! a Certified Strength Coach (CSCS), nutrition coach (PN) and mama to three beautiful girls. 

I’m also a lazy foodie, workout lover and feeder of stray cats. It’s my mission to make everyday fitness and healthy living PRACTICAL for busy moms.

It’s dedicated to providing inspiration and guidance for everyday moms (new moms and not so new moms) who are beyond busy, a little overwhelmed and struggling to do ALL THE THINGS- including keeping themselves and their littles healthy.

I love creating healthy recipes and simple diy beauty products as well as providing moms with at-home workouts and fitness ideas to help them keep up with their kids!

I also share blog posts relating to pregnancy, my own personal experiences and what I learned as well as my own personal parenting practices and trying to make our household a natural, fun home. I share content that helps my readers improve their health, well-being, and enjoyment.
