DESCRIPTION:We invite you to the *ART OF TRANSITION Freedom Fight Expo* on December 12th where faith intersects with healing\, and the path to mental wellness becomes a collective journey. This monthly expo is more than an event; it’s a movement towards freedom\, peace\, and completeness in all aspects of life\, including the successful transition into purposeful pursuits after a career in entertainment and the arena of sports. \n\n\nRAY LEONARD JR. \n\nOur panel of experts is exceptional – leaders in mental health therapy\, health and fitness\, spiritual well-being\, entrepreneurship and sports/entertainment. These extraordinary individuals are not only sharing their knowledge but also providing routes to freedom from emotional and physical pain\, maladaptive coping strategies to get by\, and the bonds of loneliness and isolation so greatly felt by those living in the loss of identity. \nCentral to our Expo is the conviction that faith is the key to unlocking God’s promises – love\, a sound mind\, health\, longevity\, peace\, protection\, prosperity\, and satisfying relationships. It’s through this faith\, and in community with others\, where we feel seen\, heard\, and accepted\, that we gain the power to conquer PTSD\, suicidal ideation\, depression\, anxiety and other mental health issues. \n“If the Son sets you free\, you will be free indeed.” (John 8:36) \n\n\nWE GIVE BACK\n \n\n\n\n\n50% of the proceeds from the Freedom Fight Expo to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. \nThe American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is a voluntary health organization that advocates for research and education around suicide\, based in New York City\, with a public policy office based in Washington\, D.C. The organization’s stated mission is to “save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide.” \n\n\n
