DESCRIPTION:Ready to burn calories\, build core strength\, and relieve some stress? If the answer is yes\, then attend the Boxing Aerobics Class in Cali\, Colombia! \n \n\nYou are invited to attend a Boxing Aerobics Class at Zona Fit Gym & Protein Bar (Av. 3n #8n-27\, Barrio Centenario\, Cali). The class begins at 12:00 PM (noon) and will last approximately 45 minutes. The goal and objectives of this class are to teach individuals basic boxing techniques as well as improve their cardiovascular health.  \nKey aspects of a boxing aerobics class include the following: 1) warm-up and stretching\, 2) footwork drills\, 3) instruction on basic punches & combinations\, 4) shadow boxing\, and a 4) high-intensity\, boxing cardio circuit that improves heart/lung health\, endurance\, and muscle tone. \nThe instructor for this Boxing Aerobics Class is Jeremy Preston\, former American Boxer & MMA Fighter. Jeremy has over a decade of boxing training and experience in the ring. His classes are high intensity workouts\, but a lot of fun.  \nNo experience is required. See you there!
