With over 30 years of combined HR and customer service team coaching experience, I am positioned as a leader in building high-performing engaged teams.

I am an ambitious spirit; I started my HR consultancy after retirement.  I’ve always wanted my own business, but I knew I could not devote the necessary time and energy while I was working in corporate, so I had to wait patiently until my time came.  I began researching small business opportunities and resources while I was still working, so when my chance came along, I felt I was ready.  However, as you may guess, there was still a lot to learn.  Most of it I learned the hard way!  Fortunately, I am also resilient, so I’ve remained steady in the course – while I can’t yet say I have achieved success, I remain in prayer with a positive outlook that success will come as long as I do my part, the hard work!

I enjoy meeting and collaborating with people, and I like to be a part of their success.  I strive to help teams work better together and develop successful peer and customer interactions. Utilizing my expertise, tools, and resources, I develop and implement efficient and effective processes and systems to increase team communication and collaboration, transforming an average team into one that consistently exceeds organizational goals and objectives.

My latest program, “The ARIA Method”, is designed to Assess (organization/team), Recommend Solutions, Implement Plans, and Adjust for optimum outcomes. The program can be delivered in bursts of 2-3 months per module based on each letter of the acronym, or it can be implemented in a 6–9-month program in its entirety. It is designed primarily for small to medium-sized businesses that do not currently have administrative or operational support but can easily be customized to fit a larger-scale organization.

Recognizing that organizational culture plays a large part in how employees show up in the workplace, I started my podcast “Teambuilding Cultures” to talk with leaders, entrepreneurs, Coaches, and the like about resources, best practices, and techniques for creating a culture where teams can thrive and grow! The show is video and audio and airs weekly via YouTube, Spotify, Apple and everywhere Podcasts are delivered.  Thus far, I’ve enjoyed expanding my network and meeting professionals I may not have otherwise encountered, not to mention expanding my learning through those interactions.  I invite anyone reading here to check out the show!

I am most passionate and driven to help people show up as their professional best! I enjoy training and developing individuals and teams, helping them to discover their talents and where they fit into the grand scheme of things. Whether it be as a leader, mentor, trainer, or maybe even an entrepreneur in hiding!
